Store policy.

Please read this carefully before placing an order. By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. Every order placed on SourAppleBXNYC is final once payment is completed. Please review your size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before checking out.

This policy exists because every balloon is hand-prepped to order from our Bronx shop. We do not restock returned product.

Shipping & Processing

Orders ship from the Bronx, NY within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

A tracking number is emailed to the address you provide at checkout once your order leaves our shop. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination and are outside our control.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your balloon arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Replacement or store credit is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SourAppleBXNYC. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.

Custom Orders

Custom colorways, sizes, and bulk event orders are quoted by phone or email. All custom orders are non-refundable and may require a deposit before production begins.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and phone number. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
